Taylor Swift released her album Reputation with a bang, in four days, 1 million copies of the album have been sold. It is on track to become the year’s best-selling album after a little more than a week, overtaking Ed Sheeran’s album (÷). Speaking about Ed Sheeran, he was featured in the song “End Game” and also there has been speculation that another song called “Dress” was about him but that idea was shot down on a livestream.

The things that led up to the release of her new album involved much drama and even more suspense. It all started with her deleting all of her social media accounts and website, she wiped the photos and unfollowed everyone she was following and deleted her photo icon.

But on August 21, 22, and 23 she put up videos of snakes which made her fans think she was either hacked or was about to release new music. And the people that thought she was releasing new music were correct.

She released her first single “Look what you made me do” on August 24, 2017. It topped the charts in Australia, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Israel, Lebanon, Malaysia, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Slovakia, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It has received a Double Platinum certification in Canada and Platinum certifications in the United States and Australia. Also she released 3 other songs “…Ready For It”,”Gorgeous”,and ”Call It What You Want.”

And now she is exploding with popularity she has released her new tour route and if you are a Swift fan then you can see her on May 19, 2018 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.

As someone that has heard the full album, I think that these songs will take the music world by storm and personally they are great songs with some of them being so catchy that I listened to them for more than a hour. You can find her new album on iTunes or on CD.
