Brush Often

Brush often, and be sure to floss, too.  Did you know that flossing can make you look years younger? Brushing and flossing your teeth is an important part of dental hygiene.

Eat Crunchy Vegetables and Fruits

Eating crunchy vegetables and crunchy fruits can remove stains from teeth naturally, without harmful chemicals.

Orange Peels

Orange Peels- Take some fresh orange peels and rub them over your teeth before bed.  RINSE well. The Vitamin C will do it’s work while you sleep.

Eat dark chocolate. A piece a day is all it takes. Dark chocolate contains the substance, theobromine, which works to harden the enamel.

Banana Peel

After brushing, rub the inside of a banana peel on your teeth for two minutes. Once the two minutes are up, rinse well. It’s rich potassium, magnesium, manganese, and other minerals, to help whiten teeth.

Swish Apple-Cider Vinegar

Swish apple-cider vinegar(3 parts water and one part swish apple-cider vinegar). Do this once a day.

Replace Toothbrush

Replace your toothbrush every three months. When the bristles begin to look worn, snap it out, so you can be sure that you are cleaning well.

Drink Water

Drink water instead of tea, coffee & energy drinks. All of those other things will stain your teeth, while water helps to keep them white.
