Don’t Panic, Panic! At The Disco Just Released New Music and Tour Dates

Panic! At The Disco, also known as Brendon Urie, has released “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” and “(F**k A) Silver Lining”, off his new album “Pray for the Wicked.”

If you don’t know who Panic! At The Disco is already, then you should know that they’re considered an alternative, indie, and even pop punk band and consists of Brendon Urie and others that tour with him. “Pray for the Wicked” is the 6th studio album they’ve released, the 5th being “Death of a Bachelor” in 2016.

The album’s set release date is June 22, 2018. Two of the tracks off the albums, the songs “(F**k A) Silver Lining” and “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” were released March 21.

There were many teasers on social media before the album, mostly referring to Brendon Urie’s live videos.

Along with this new album, a tour has also been announced as well. The tour will be going from July 11, 2018 to August 26, 2018.

When asked about the new album and upcoming tour, 8th grader Giovanna Penning said, “I’ve been a fan of Panic! [At The Disco] for a long time and I really like Brendon, so [I’m excited].”

Panic! At The Disco, a band from Las Vegas, Nevada formed in 2004. Currently, the band’s singer is Brendon Urie and while on tour he’s being accompanied by guitarist Kenneth Harris, drummer Dan Pawlovich, and bassist  Nicole Row. Their other studio albums were “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out” (2005), “Pretty. Odd” (2008), “Vices and Virtues” (2011), “Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die” (2013), and “Death of a Bachelor” (2016).

You might recognize them from some of their most popular songs “I Write Sins Not Tragedies”, “This is Gospel”, and “Death of a Bachelor.”
