Tanner Wymore
Tanner Wymore is a 7th grade journalist and was born in Kaiser Permanente Harbor City CA, or as Tanner put it, “Kaiser Permanente Harbor City CA, Earth our solar system, Milky Way Galaxy.” That quote probably gave you a good idea of what kind of person he is.

He went to Crestwood Street Elementary School from kinder to 5th. In his free time, Tanner likes to draw, write, and read, which explains why he chose to be in Journalism. Some of the books he likes to read are the Maze Runner series which many people have enjoyed, Ready Player One and a much more serious book called Simon vs the Homosapiens Agenda. This shows that he likes a lot of different genres of books. The main reason that Tanner went into Journalism was because he loves writing.

For sports, Tanner does not like watching or playing, Tanner unluckily has a disorder that does not allow him to play sports. Some of his strengths this 7th grader brings to the table is great essay writing skills, and very creative ideas. Some of the weaknesses Tanner thinks he has in writing is not very abundant but there is one, he says, “My weakness in writing are the times when I am given to many restrictions, to my creativity.” So judging by this, he would be a better author than a journalist, but he is still a great staff member to have on the team.
